Code of Honour

General Gang Conduct

NOTE: The City Code rules apply IN ADDITION to Gang Rules

Official Gangs Are Earned, Not Claimed

To become an Official gang, your group must show:

  • Consistent and strong roleplay
  • Positive impact on the city
  • Few to no rule breaks
  • Good leadership and structure

Minimum Gang Size

5 active members to start a gang – 10 Max

OFFICIAL GANGS TO HAVE 15 MEMBERS MAX

You Represent the Server

Gang RP is a privilege. Poor RP, OOC drama, or rule breaks can lead to disbandment. Gang leaders are responsible for their members.

Gang Identity

Main Identifier – Each gang must have an identifier that is worn at all times – THIS CAN BE DOWN TO THE LEADER WHAT IT IS!

If there is strong RP behind the conflict, You are allowed to dress as rival gangs to cause inconvenience for the gang you are in conflict with, This can be to frame, set up, fake meetings etc.Gang Identity

Gang Runners

Gang runners are allowed, but are limited:

  • 10 deep gangs can have up to 3 runners
  • 15 deep gangs can have up to 5 runners

Weapon Rules

Gunfights only 1 gun per side; others must use melee weapons. Using more guns than allowed = serious rule break.

RP Before Violence

Violence must be justified by RP.

Always have a reason or build-up.

Start with disrespect, betrayal, or history, not instant conflict.

No โ€œshoot first, think laterโ€ behaviour.

Example

Justified: Confronting a rival after they robbed your plug.

Unjustified: Shooting someone just because they wear another colour.

Fight Cooldown

After a gang fight, you must wait 30 minutes (after hospital treatment and RP) before fighting that same gang again. (Roleplay over Ruleplay may apply if staff approves.) If you lose a fight while selling on your turf, you can not return to selling for 30 mins also. Gang Structure: Your gang should be organised. Have clear ranks like Boss, Underboss, Soldiers. Use your ranks in RP; donโ€™t give them out just for the title.

Robbery & Pocket Wiping

Stage 1 Engagement Robbery

After a proper RP conflict (e.g., a fight/scrap), you may rob the opposing party. You must not โ€œflatbackโ€ (kill) the person after robbing them. Stage 1 ends when the conflict concludes or when both parties disengage.

Stage 2 Robbing

Can not rob a player in Stage 2 (flatbacking) (However if you STAGE 2 someone for no reason other than just to rob them this isnโ€™t allowed and will be treated as a rule break!)

Remembering

During Gang conflict, If you are stage 2 after a fight, You can remember up to 30 mins prior to the fight! (This will allow for storylines to continue rather than instantly being ended) Being bleedout supersedes this rule.

No Chain Robbing / Ruleplay

Repeatedly robbing the same person or group without meaningful RP progression is not allowed. Staff will prioritise roleplay quality over ruleplay technicalities when handling reports.

Use Common Sense and Provide Good RP

Always ensure your robbery has a solid roleplay foundation and is not just a means to gain items or grief another player. If in doubt, escalate with RP and leave room for staff interpretation.

You CANNOT leave someone without a phone and radio. This is Power gaming, and you WILL receive punishment if found doing it

Fear RP

If you are outnumbered 3v1 to Blunt weapons (skateboard, spanner, walking stick and cricket bat), you must fear.

You MUST fear a bladed article as well as the pimp cane and sledge hammer.

Crow Bars and Hammers are not weapons; they do zero damage and DO NOT need to be feared. They are intended for other uses within RP

If someone has a gun, they can hold up to 3 SURRENDERED people with it.

If you have a weapon but have not got it out, you must still fear, if not this will count as failing to fear.

Once you have been taken hostage, ONE weapon is to be feared.

Failure to Value Life (FTVL)

You must always show fear for your life when in danger.

You must comply if you have been taken hostage.

Information you can request:

  • Radio number
  • Gang name
  • Gang location
  • Gang Ranks

You cannot force someone to:

  • Add you as a contact
  • Withdraw money
  • Give access to stashes or safes

VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)

You cannot use a vehicle to intentionally hit or kill someone. If it happens by accident, stop and help the person.

Examples

Blocking traffic or ramming cars to kill = VDM

Hostages for Ransom

Gangs are permitted to take players hostage, there MUST be legitimate RP behind this.

You are permitted to request ONLY cash rolls as your ransom; no items, cars, keys, etc. Cash roll limit is 5000.

You are ONLY permitted to hold your hostage for 1 hour maximum, and as a worst case, you can put them in Stage 1 (on their side).

Roleplay Over Ruleplay

If a rule is broken mid-RP, stay in character. Do not talk about clips, tickets, or reports IC. Report it later via Discord tickets.

Staff decides when โ€œRoleplay over Ruleplayโ€ applies.

Heists

Breaching is permitted, but find out in RP how to do this.

Gang Cooldowns

After Being Blooded Out

  • 7-day cooldown.
  • No contact or conflict with that gang.
  • You can solo hustle, but not join another gang yet.

After Bleeding Someone Out

  • Your gang must wait 7 days before adding new members.
  • When removing a member (โ€œbleeding them outโ€), it must be roleplayed appropriately.
  • Death must be witnessed and clear.
  • Body disposal should show theyโ€™re gone.
  • The scene must be recorded or logged.
  • You cannot remember anything about the gang, its locations, or its members. You also cannot be reminded of these things through a third party.
  • Cooldowns could be adjusted under specific circumstances.

Gang Disbandments

  • We operate a 3 strike system. A gang will be disbanded when 3 strikes have been issued.
  • Should you wish to disband your gang this must be done within RP
  • Should you disband your gang you will lose your gang car and the right to use your gang clothing

Miscellaneous Rules

  • Character Kill (CK) Requests
  • CKs are only for long-term, story-driven situations. You must show consistent RP and solid evidence for approval. Once approved, the character is permanently dead, no return.
  • If you have been bled out you can not create a second character to avoid your cooldown.
